Someone at Microsoft should have calculated the benefit vs. cost for recalling the overpaid severance package. Unbelievable.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I still don't understand how could Microsoft makes such a mistake. In fact, according to this article (&lt;a href="http://www.geekmba360.com/?p=551)" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.geekmba360.com/?p=551)"&gt;http://www.geekmba360.com/?...&lt;/a&gt;, the layoff at Microsoft was handled extremely poorly. How could a large employer like Microsoft make such poor decision and execution?
