gary · 1 year agoI thought that the post on NetFlix indicated that they had a weak management structure, small number of people, and lots of money. In this model, the management is really a coach, non-performance is easily measured, there is a wealth of possible employees to fill any slot, and institutional memory isn't important. They are probably limiting themselves to under 100 people.
